Every universal in Home Care professional is carefully recruited, screened, and trained. The universal in Home Care background check does not stop at the standard local screening but searches each team member’s nationwide records for the last 8 years. employees are W2 employees, bonded, insured, TB tested, CPR certified, and First Aid certified. Each caregiver also completes 12+ hours of universal in Home Care prior to beginning work.
